Am I caring for my Female Gerbil properly?
I recently became the owner of a female gerbil. I have a wired cage where you can attach tubes to it and what not, a wheel for exercise, chew toys for its teeth, gerbil food, a little castle, and a bowl of water. I let her play around on my bed andsahe just runs around everywhere making tunnels through my snuggie. I'm not experienced with gerbils, but I want to make sure I am providing the proper habitat and so on so forth. Any tips or advice would be MUCH APPRECIATED

You really need a tank/ tank topper combo for a gerbil
I have a 3ft tank (no smaller than that) filled with wood chips and carefresh, half filled! They enjoy loads of cardboard to chew up!
As the gerbil is already alone and I'm unaware of her age, I have no idea whether you could in fact introduce a friend. If you do have any more specific questions please email me!
Edit: she shouldn't have a bowl of water in there either, it should be a bottle.
