Why does she do this?
There's this girl I really like from school and we flirt a lot but there's something really strange going on.When we talk, we can talk for hours and even all night and in school she's always hugging me and messing around with me.
Summer started and one Thursday I asked her on a date to the movies. She sounded really excited and said she said she couldn't wait to see me. We kept talking all night and we both talked about how happy we were about how we were going to hang out this summer. The next day she didn't reply to any of my texts or dm's on instagram but they were all viewed shortly after I sent them. I ended up just staying home since she didn't reply at all.
I was pretty mad since she stood me up so I didn't text or call her for a week. She texted me and we got back to flirting since I can't stay mad at her because I really like her. I thought that maybe she couldn't last time because I asked her on a short notice and something came up. All I said to her was "too bad that you couldn't go last week" and all she said was sorry. We got back to flirting since I didn't want to confront her for not replying.
I asked her out again on a Monday to make sure she could make plans to go with me. She said she was really excited to go and couldn't wait with hearts and winkey emojis. We kept talking all week and on Friday the same thing happened. She didn't reply to any of my texts or calls all day so I decided to go hang out with some friends instead. Why did she do this twice?

Well the first time she might have freaked out and got nervous and couldn't do it but the second time was no accident giving the fact that she went out with a friend instead, I think you should hold off on the "dates" with her because of what might happen again, she might be the type that cant say "no" to you so she goes along with it until the day of. I really think if you really want to hang out with her you should you should invite a few of your friends to do something and tell her that it would be cool if she brung herself and a few friends that way she might feel a little more comfortable that way the next time you guys hang out it could just be her and you
This sounds so weird man. You should just ask her one last time "Why did you ditch me a second time?" Just be very frank and use the word "ditch". Don't sugar coat it. Ask her straight up what the problem is, and if she doesn't know to value your time, don't value her at all. Trust me, I liked a girl so much, in fact I was in love with her and it feels like it lasts forever, but you'll get over it. You always will.
Ask her directly what the problem is. She seems to enjoy leading you on, or doesn't give a crap. Or maybe her personality is flirty/friendly and you took a wrong hint? Nevertheless just ask her.
Confront her about it the next time you two talked. Tell her you don't appreciate her making plans and then not showing up or canceling the last moment. Ask her if there's something going on and maybe that'll explain why shes acting like that.
Maybe she didn't know how to reply to your texts or she openened them when she was busy and forgot to reply. And don't think its always negative, there are a billion different possibilities
It sounds like she likes you, but she might also be "Cheating" on you even though your not official. She's always cancelling at last moment, and she is busy A LOT. this could be simple family problems, and she could be really troubled but it is probably she is cheating on you.
she's clearly leading you on! she's playing and using you to get your attention. she's just not into you and she doesn't know how to say it without being rude and hurting your feelings. :/ move onnnn. too many fish in the sea to be caught up on someone who doesn't want you. move on to save yourself from hurt and disappointment. if a girl wants you she wouldn't stand you up. words through text messages mean little to nothing. actions are EVERYTHING.
