What power do you think Itachi gave Naruto?
Hello everyone,
So I know this might be a tough question because it's obvious in the show and manga that there are currently no clues as to what power Itachi gave to Naruto when he had him swallow a crow during that Genjutsu he casted. I'm just curious though to see if anyone has any ideas, because I don't think the power the power given to Naruto will take effect until he actually fights Sasuke.

i think it must be a counter for sasukes # Tsukuyomi or some kind of hidden sub conscious jutsu that will send a sharingan to activate in naruto 4 just a second transferring itachi into sasuke mind where he will talk to sasuke as did the 4th 2 naruto
I think it's some power to conteract Sasuke's orcular genjutsu.
Since Naruto is the nine-tailed kyuubi, and sharingans can control the tailed beasts, that means if sasuke and naruto ever get into a fight and naruto goes kyuubi, sasuke will be able to control naruto which won't be good.
So I think Itachi's given Naruto some ability to defend himself against the sharingan because Itachi would want Naruto to help the little brother he loved so much and get him on the right track.
this is a total guess but maybe it has to do with memories because itachi was telling naruto that sasuke could be bent in either direction good or evil he also told naruto that he was naive for thiinking he could get through all this without having to fight him but he also wished him luck and gave him the power so maybe its memories that will show sasuke how much he gave up so that the villagers could live happily as they are because sasuke wants to destroy the village for living their happy lives while his happiness was destroyed so it shows sasuke that even though itachi was sad to have to do what he did he did it so that everyone could live happily so he wont want to destroy it

I could tell you what I think it is but there is no way to guess the actually significance of it because they have strayed waaay to far away from that moment to have it mean anything at all. I could have just been a little something to boost his potential power like sage mode or to negate the effects of the sharingan. But what im thinking is that it is going to be a twist because we know that "Itachi" gave him the power, and guess who just so happens to have Itachi's eyes. so mabye this little drop of strength will counter act Sasuke's abilities.
i don't think itachi could really give naruto any useful powers seeing as most of his powers are either elemental or are like bloodline traits or genjutsu (all three of which naruto can't use), he probably just gave him a portion of his power. at first i thought it'd be somethin that would be able to counter-attack the ametarasu or tsukoyomi but that would only be somethin that was a bloodline. that's all i can really think of.
My guess is immunity to tsukuyomi.
