The two largest US check printers are publicly traded. You should check those first for the best deals. They are Deluxe (also owns Current) and John Harland. They have all sorts of affinity checks, which is the generic term for a tie-in to a group like an NFL team.

Great customer service and checks get to your door really fast! There are a lot of Animal Checks and Scenic Checks but I don't think they have NFL teams.
