So..I worked out today and I feel like my whole body's HURTING!!! and this morning, I had a hard time getting up due to lots of work out I did yesterday...I hope that I would go back to school in one piece...So, any advice or any inspiration to continue my dieting and lose more, more pounds?

that's good that ur working out (i dont)... the pain from ur workouts will fade...once u get used to it, its not gonna hurt as much and when ur feeling the burn its gonna be a good burn. just keep working out and dieting. people will soon began to notice and they'll be letting u know how foxy ur looking...that will motivate u even more.. good luck with ur weight loss goals
Depending of the kind of exercise you did. If you feel you're hurting your body maybe you should slow down and go little by little, that way your body will adapt better and you will benefit more. Good Luck.
