I know its about to be 2012, but what system should I get? PS3 or XBOX?
...yo...this game just came out and I like it...must have it but, I don't wanna get it for the wii because the graphics are so wack, I want to play this game in its intended realistic graphics...so after all these years avoiding another system, I'm about to buy one so I can play this game.
: ) ...hm, what game? oh...Need for Speed: Run* ..lol that sounds better than "The Run" to me.
..before I do that though, does anyone know when new systems are being released, like is it worth it to get either one of these now at this time? And also, I kind of prefer the ps3 over the xbox alil b'cuz its so big and bulky and gets damage, and scratches cds too easily and you gotta have it a certain way or else....thats the only reasonss lol and too much shooting games...but if you, anybody, got any good convincer-advice or reason(s) to let me re-think, please feel free to do so. Oh..and one more thing too, I know this gets asked alot but, which one really do has more graphics....really though? I was just watching two of the same clip from youtube of that same game and to me the xbox had slightly more shine and gloss ...you could say more vibrance to the images on screen.....the game basically. ..? I-I don't know I'm just saying.

The Specs for both the Ps3 and Xbox 360 are the same... No one is "better" then the other. You should do a little research as to what YOU want in a system... The Ps3 has a Bu-ray player but for $50 you can easily buy one. Yes for Multi-Player online it cost $50 a YEAR which is like $6 a month... Well worth the sanity and safety of knowing your personal details (credit card #) will not get stolen. But if you don't want to play online with friends or strangers, you don't have to pay... You can get a free membership which allows you to download games and add ons...
The Ps3 has "move" which is basically a copy of the Wii's motion controllers. I heard they work way better, but you are still holding a controller... With the 360's kinect, it is no controller needed... It is a ton of fun but they do not have a bunch of games and it is $100 extra...
Basically, do your research and ask friends what they have. If you are going to be playing (or wanting to play) games online with them, you want the system they have...
i've got had an xbox 360 by way of fact it is launch date, and that i've got only picked up a PS3 in December. i will easily enable you be attentive to, the PS3 is the some distance greater effective device. even if, it is in basic terms a some distance greater effective device in terms of single participant. once you're in love with single participant video games like i'm, then the PS3 is the final determination. once you're a multiplayer guy or woman, the PS3 could seem somewhat sturdy by way of fact the multiplayer is loose, even if it is not as sturdy by way of fact the xbox's multiplayer. The exclusives on the PS3 some distance outweigh the exclusives on the xbox. on the xbox you have Halo, Gears of conflict, and a few others that are no longer somewhat that thrilling to call. on the PS3 you have Uncharted, Little vast Planet, God of conflict, Heavy Rain, Killzone, (almost) The final human beings, journey, and a lot of, many greater. It was once the different, upon launch and for some years, yet now the PS3 takes the cake of the final device.
You should not find the YouTube videos convincing as most of them are edited to show one console better than the other. The main point which concerns the graphics is the memory of the GPU. The Xbox has 500 mhz Ati processor backed up by a memory of 512 GDDR3(Shared for CPU and GPU) which makes its graphics better all the third party games. While PS3 has 256 MB GDDR3 @ 700 MHz for GPU and 256 MB XDR @ 3.2 GHz for CPU separately making the graphics of exclusive titles unbeatable. The PS3 does its job well. The controller's battery lasts about 8 hours on a full charge. Console collects dust easily, Durable system that does not overheat. Yeah, with so many titles and more coming out at this price the PS3's features are worth it. You should buy one!
Get a PS3 for now as it has excellent graphics and cheap(you won't be paying for XBOX live) and wait for XBOX 720 . That would be the next big thing in gaming.

I think PS3 has the best graphics, and you won't pay extra for XBOX live. But Wii U comes out soon, and it will be full HD.
