How do you get Shiny Water Pokemon in Diamond/Pearl?
I've seen people with Shiny Milotics and Poliwraths and whatnot. I want to know how you can get Shiny Water Pokemon. I know how to do the Chaining technique. I want to know how to catch shinies that you have to fish for. Anything other than "I don't know" or people advertising their questions or a website that isn't relevant will be accepted.
Update:OK, seriously, I don't want to trade. I want to know how people catch them. I've heard that there is a system, it isn't luck. I've seen it, but it isn't enough info to go on.

Shiny Water Pokemon
The chances of getting any shiny Pokemon appearing just randomly out of a grassy area, rocky area, in the water etc. is 1 in 8192 (which is about 0.0122%). Other people who have plenty of Shiny's are either cheating by using hacks on their 'R4' or Extremely lucky.

The odds are 1/8192. Sorry but without a cheating device there is only luck, there is no system that gets you shinies. If you really want to get one legitimately then you would have to spend a lot of time surfing or fishing.

Unfortunately the radar does not work in water, so you need to either settle for a water pokemon that can be found on land, or else wait for the luck of finding it normally
You would have to be simply lucky because of the pokeradar doesnt work on water, so you might just fish, fish and more fish untill youget lucky
Either you ride the water or fish and get lucky or you use an action replay code
there really is no way in knowing, when
you can run in to them, i was bored,
so i just went fshing, and i found a shiny corphish, its
just a matter of luck.
