Chemistry help? Quantum mechanics, If n=5 and l=2, this could describe 10 electrons. How is this true?

Also, only two electrons can have the quantum numbers n=2 and m1=-1. How is this true as well? I don't understand. Thanks for the explanation. I greatly appreciate it.

Update:

Where did the '2' come from in the 2x5 equation. I understand the '5' comes from it being a 'd' orbital, but what about the '2'?
