please please help me. ok on may 5 i am going to toronto to see dane cook with my man and i need to loose weight to wear this super almost all revealing dresss. i need to get to a like size 1-3 from a size 8. i dont care if i cant eat **** or have to exercice for 6 hours a day because i was aready planning to run on treadmill or in real life a pound a day( which is like 6 hours). but yea please help me and i dont wanna hear nothing about healthy or anything i just really need this. pleaseeee.

go on exercising and try to follow a diet that makes sense to you.
According to studies' made in relation to the red tea, it was observed that the people having an overweight lost up to 18 pounds only with its absorption. People having a moderated overweight, up to 12 pounds and people having a light overweight, between 4 and 7 pounds.
With the diet of red tea, at a rate of 4 cups per day, it was observed a loss up to 7 pounds in 5 days. This diet is thus an excellent starting point when one starts a diet and should be followed of a balanced diet to ensure the slimming and not to suffer from a yo-yo effect.
it's impossible to go from an 8 to a 1-3 in a month or so. if you did it, i think you'd die pretty soon afterwards. And i'm only speaking bluntly. But I do have some helpful hints:
Exercise rigoriously, and I mean like intensive exercise, not like treadmill exercise. And it has to be cardio, so like running. No treadmills. Machines are the worst to exercise on, even though you can do all sorts of techy things that monitor your heartrate and the calories you've burnt etc. Try to do a mile in 7 minutes, or as fast as you can in 7 minutes. Then stop. Do this at least twice a week. You don't need to exercise every day to lose weight, or to lose more weight. This is based on a recent study that was conducted over a course of a few years, and it's extremely reliable.
Eat a balanced meal, in smaller portions 5xs a day. Separate your meals so that you won't eat a whole chunk all at once. This helps your digestive system to work consistently, and you won't end up storing fats in your body because your body might think you are starving.
What you should NOT do is starve yourself. Starving yourself pushes your body into a state where it slows down your metabolism of food so you end up absorbing more nutrients and fats than necessary. You will feel weak, sluggish, and moody.
oh and it's important that you eat veggies in your meals, because they help you feel fuller so you won't have snack cravings or end up eating more meats, sweets, etc.
I'm going to be honest and tell you right now that that would be stupid and unhealthy. I think if you want to loose weight you have to do it the right way and that takes time and dedication, it's not something you do to squeeze into a slutty outfit. Try exercising 1 hour a day, and not eating sweets. Instead try fruits and vegetables. Cut your portions in your food. eat 2/3 of what you would normally eat for dinner.
Not to be unsupportive or anything, but, it is somewhat impossible for you to go from an 8 to a skinny minnie size. Not that you can't lose two or three sizes, but if you did lose that many sizes it would be because of crash dieting. Try to diet, don't starve yourself and then running is nice, stretching, and don't worry. I'm sure you're beautiful the way you are.

5 MILES
AB WORK OUTS FOR 1 hour
AND WORK OUT IN THE GYM WITH WEIGHTS FOR 2 hours
but you have to keep motivated and don't stop
and about you diet eat healthy
don't eat snacks inbetween meals
but honestly you won't loose that much weight
you should of started sooner
u wont lose the weight that fast the best thing to do is drink lots of water. also try that green tea it makes u crapout everything i lost a few pounds w that. also stay away from starches such as rice and pasta if u must eat rice have brown rice. try the special k diet that work to .....but drink lots of water. i knw that feeling bout having to fit into a dress in less than a month but if ur determined ull fit....
eat everything you normaly would but take a smaller bite and chew it 20 times it works honestly for just feel full up so fast
you can do it...I lost 7 to 10 pounds a week on weight watchers...but watch out....it comes back fast...just eat veggies and drink water and exercise...
