P1491 Radiator fan relay control circuit. If you have only one fan, turn on the a/c and see if the fan comes on. If not, the relay could be bad, or the a/c switch could be bad. The temperature sensor on the engine could be bad if the fan doesn't come on when the engine gets hot. Least likely is a bad fan motor, but if it is bad all that is necessary is to replace the fan motor.

The codes means Radiator Fan Control Circuit
The Problem would be a bad AC Condensor Motor
Check Fues #39 In the fuse box under the hood, Think it is a clear 25amp fuse
If it is blown you will new a new Fan Motor/Shroud and a wiring harness that goes with it.
The ac system will have to be evac and recharged to complete the repair.
The parts are only available for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep Dealer
