This is the explanation of this placement I got from astrotheme.com.
(Interpretation of the 7° Gemini symbolic degree)
"A blacksmith concentrates on his work while his wife sits doing nothing. None of them realises that their house is in fire."
Hard-working, rebellious, and anxious character endowed with an acute sense of honour and duty. One undergoes destructive events which are beyond one's control, but one bravely gets back on one's feet. Success, fame, and wealth are achieved in one's field of competence, particularly in the military and in all occupations related to fire, aviation, or in careers requiring creativity and eloquence. Conjugal life is often plagued by discord, and no support whatsoever is to be expected from the husband/wife.
This seems overly negative. Like it's cool that I should be successful in my career once I find my footing, but why do you think they said that my boyfriend/husband wouldn't be supportive? That's like a big key factor and way more important than a heavily successful career to me.
If you need more info of my chart just let me know!
Update:Here's the rest of my chart if it helps.

Well, it surely depends on the house the Asteroid is in as well, but overall, Chiron has a lot to do with a reoccuring pain in your life, rather it be physically, emotionally, on the work field etc..., so with your placing I woul suggest some deep pain when it comes to speaking your mind or no one listens to you when you speak. Or perhaps you have trouble speaking in some sort of way or have the feeling that you have great ideas but never see them go in fulfilment which becomes a pain after a while, I don't know, since it depends A LOT on how the aspects are between chiron, is it conjunct anything? Or in which house is it in and what transits does it make in your natal chart, etc..You get the idea.
*I see you put a link with your chart but no Chiron info there.
Hope I helped.
The placement of Chiron in the chart indicates which area a person should search in to heal themselves. It indicates that this area; in your case, Gemini; is the place where you can find a way to ease your psychological problems (although maybe not all!). Those with Chiron placed in Gemini are likely to be distrustful of their decisions, judgments, and actions. In order to counteract these feelings, these individuals should seek out wisdom, either through experience or understanding of themselves. Hope this helps!
Chiron represents feelings of inadequacy that a native finds very difficult to get over, as well as the areas they have great insight or an interest in rendering aid or teaching others.
Chiron(Gemini) in the 11th house suggests a native that may have been shunned as a child for their unusual manner of communicating, especially verbally. They may have felt like outsiders, especially among their peers. They were likely very unusual and had radical beliefs or ways of thinking. They are likely to think outside the box, but may feel hesitant about speaking their minds for fear of ridicule or alienation. Usually there is a knack for aiding others in attaining their aims and goals in life, since often the native has unusual but useful ideas on how to accomplish these.
Chiron trines the Moon(Virgo) in the 3rd house suggesting that the mother may have been emotionally absent, in the native's youth. They may have had very unusual parents, that were well educated and highly intellectual, but not very good at expressing or dealing with emotional matters. In adult life the native may also have issues expressing how they feel to others, especially verbally.
Chiron sextile Venus(Aries) in the 9th house suggests a native that has a tendency to compromise too much in their relationships. They may be very good at analysing others and why they function the way they do in relationships. The native may be very affectionate, with a tendency to be too idealistic in love. There may be feelings that they are not good enough.
Chiron conjunct Mars suggests that the native may have an explosive temper, but a tendency to rationalize and suppress their anger. This may result in explosive outbursts at erratic moments. Often the native has a sharp, vulgar tongue, which can deeply offend others; especially women.
Chiron trine Jupiter(Aquarius) in the 7th house suggests that the native is very knowledgeable, but not always good at expressing how they know what they know to others. They may be very sympathetic and willing to render their ideas and insights to others. They are usually very interested in metaphysical subjects, the sciences, math or psychology.
