A Few Pregnancy Concerns and Questions?

I've called my OB any time anything has seemed even slightly out of the ordinary and have been reassured every time that it's all perfectly normal but I guess I'd still like opinions from ladies who have actually gone through what I have.

I am 23 years old. I am 5'0" and 115 lbs. This is my first pregnancy. I'm 15 weeks and 5 days today, if I go by the info from my last ultrasound. So far everything seems to be going very well with the baby, that we can tell. I have had the normal leg cramps and sore abs, but I've also had some pain that, to me, has seemed out of the ordinary.

A couple nights ago, I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and my back was aching pretty badly on the right side, up around my kidney. OB says this is normal back pain.

Twice since the beginning of my pregnancy, I've had a mild ache that felt almost like menstrual pain, the latest of the two being a few days ago, but it didn't last but maybe an hour, and it wasn't very strong.

My hips hurt REALLY bad, especially my right one, sometimes when I roll over in bed, or when I get up to walk, if I've been sitting down for a long time. OB said this, too, is normal.

If I go by what I've read about Braxton Hicks contractions (on as many websites and forums as possible), I have not had any of those yet.

And then my question. Have any of you ever felt your baby moving this early? I'm 100% sure I felt the baby moving around over the last couple days. The nurse said this is probably gas cramps, but I've had a lot of those and this didn't feel like that. This felt like a very determined poking at the inner wall of my abdomen from the inside. I even put my hand on my belly and felt the poking sensation on my hand. I would imagine that's the baby kicking?

I'm not showing as much as some of the ladies I work with who are about as far along as I am, but I read on a few websites that ladies whose abs are considerably more toned than normal will not show as soon, but they will also feel the baby wiggling sooner. I grew up on a farm and have been pretty much solid muscle for as long as I can remember, until about the past year when I put on a little pudge around my hips. I was steady at 100 lbs all through high school and in the past year have put on about 5 lbs. I've gained another 5 since becoming pregnant. Just wondering if the whole ab speculation about not showing is true?

I think that's all the disconcerting pains I've had but any insight would be much appreciated. I had a horrible dream last night that I went into labor early and lost the baby, so forgive me if I come off as a little paranoid. Thanks :)

Update:

This is detailed because I want to be thorough. Pregnany isn't something to mess around with. It isn't my fault if you can't read well.
